Our senior staff are seasoned facilities management practitioners with applied global experience.

Our state-of-the-art Training Facility delivers acclaimed training and certifies staff with Al Asmakh Cleaning Standards.

Led by our Soft Services Manager Mr. Safdar Abbas, the team is now actively hooked onto multi-level trainings as per the standards and cleaning etiquettes guided by BICS.

Al Asmkah Facilities Management is widely known for the commitment in bringing the best out of its people. The inauguration of a BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Sciences) inspired training center, incorporating the best standards in cleaning and housekeeping services speaks of such.

AAFM saw the opportunity in establishing the unit, to train and guide our existing employees of Soft Services department. Which is crucial to deliver a promising service to the nation.

The Training Centre will provide training under the guidance of BICSc handled by our qualified Trainers. This will be organized in convenient modules, including orientation, health and safety issues, BICSc basics and English terminology common to the cleaning industry. Overall, the focus will be on use of machinery, equipment, tools and cleaning products employed in common soft services assignments. The Centre is geared to handle a batch of up to twenty employees at a time. But due to COVID precautionary measures, we are restricting it to ten employees for a session.

The highlight of the Training Center definitely that it delivers training in two different perspectives. One with all the tools and equipment to provide hands-on training and the other that offers audio visual and interactive training.

AAFM continues to excel in the Facility Management sector in Qatar, delivering the utmost standards surpassing expectations.


We expect it to grow. We will implement further accreditations from renown bodies and start certifying employees; that will definitely encourage people.
